UX-DAY the 20th edition!

A few days ago, our UX-Republicans attended the twentieth edition of UX-DAY! A day dedicated to the gathering of all UX-Republic collaborators, around numerous presentations and UX workshops (and traditionally to an exhibition and a bar).

This month it was the turn of Jules, the youngest of UX-Republic to take charge of the organization of this day which he perfectly mastered and which was unanimous among our UX-Republicans.
We therefore started this day with a very hearty breakfast and several presentations, each as captivating as the other (see the Slideshare links below to consult them).

The web in perspective

Baptiste, UX-Scientist addressed the question of the web in perspective by dealing in particular with all 3D issues and the different methods of modelling, texturing, lightning.

Being DA: Constantly reinventing yourself

Then we attended the presentation of one of the co-founders of UX-Republic, Romain Landsberg. This addressed the evolution of the function of the artistic director who has seen his responsibilities and his objectives shaken by the increasing digitization of our environment.

After a lunch break very rich in reunions and good humor, our UX-Republicans attended two workshops in a very studious way.

  • The first was hosted by Carina and Lisa  "Boost your creativity”: The objective was to teach participants to develop their “pioneering spirit” by putting them in the situation of young start-ups wishing to conquer the world.
  • The second by Anthony and BrunoUX Strip”: An introduction to storyboarding to allow employees to benefit from tools allowing them to create storyboards quickly and simply.
