Value Proposal?

Invented by Alex Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur, the workshop Value Proposition Design aims to define products and services aligned with user needs.
Concretely, during this workshop you will list the actions that users perform on a daily basis. You will then list the problems encountered (BREAD) and expected benefits (GAIN). The goal is to be able to identify the services and products that will reduce the problems (RELIEVER BREAD) and increase profits (GAIN CREATOR). You will be able to deduce a list of key features of the product or service.
As for the DIY Persona Kit, the interest is to involve all the people present in your workshop in a playful and manual way.
