UX Design is a term coined in the 1990s by Donald Norman, an American professor of cognitive science. According to the ISO 9241-210 standard, the user experience corresponds to the responses and perceptions of a person resulting from the use or anticipation of the use of a product, service or 'a system. In other words, with each use, the consumer builds his own experience. This is what Donald Norman explained to us in 2003, during the TEDX, or how design can make us happy!
