“Waterfall development” remains the most traditional approach to software development. In Cascade approaches, you will rarely have the objective of revisiting a “phase” once it is completed. This approach is very risky, often more expensive.
This awareness by French companies has led to the adoption of agile methods which are widespread in Anglo-Saxon countries. The foundation of these methods is iteration, with this approach we focus on delivering fully tested, independent, value-added and small enough features. In the extension of this method comes Lean Development. The main objective is to achieve the least possible waste in terms of time and resources.
In this meetup we will share our experience in the field of web application development in this framework of Lean development. How do you make the prototype of an application and how do you transform this prototype into a finished application?
An expert will present the Sail Js framework, which fits perfectly into the philosophy of this method.
