# Learn while having fun

UX-Memory is a “memory game”. It's the adaptation of the very famous board game which, like me, you may have played when you were little. There are several variants, on different themes, this one is based on UX-Cards.

The goal of the game is simple, several pairs of UX-Cards are randomly shuffled and then placed face down on the screen. It's up to you to find them, but be careful, the number of attempts is counted! So stay focused. However, if it seems too easy, click and discover the small explanatory sheet associated with each UX-Card.

Once your game is finished, you can save it, you will then be redirected to the “Statistics” tab where you will find all your games embellished with metadata, such as the rating, the date…

# UX-Memory under the hood

This game is built using several complementary tools.

React is what we call in our jargon a “javascript library”. Thanks to it, it becomes possible to create applications rich in features, high performance and easily scalable over time. It was invented by jordan walke in 2011 and is based on the paradigm of web-components.

Redux is also a javascript library which, combined with React, allows you to create an application state. For example, in the game, it is used to save your games, recover them and return them to you on the screen. Created by Dan Abramov et Andrew Clark in 2015, these two friends were strongly inspired by architecture Flux in his writing.

It only remains for us to wish you a good game: UX-Memory
