UX-Design & International Strategy [Round Table]

During our round table “UX-Design and international strategy” co-organized with the Franco-German Digital Club, digital ecosystem experts from different backgrounds discussed this topic.
Thus, Aimery Duriez-Mise, Global Head of Information Systems @ Société Générale, Jérôme Dupré, UX manager @AXIS, Victoria Weidemann, Head of Marketing @TextMaster, Yohan Founs, Creative Design Technologist @Adobe and Julien Crochet, VP Sales @AB Tasty, answered our questions, shared their feedback and their vision.

A COURSE IN 7 THEMES

Our speakers returned to the role of UX in their company, the place of users, the design of journeys, the importance of tests in their UX approach, the creation of user-centric content, the return on investment and finally the transformation digital.
Thus, we can now affirm that the User Experience brings an essential dimension to any international development strategy for a brand. The contribution of the inclusion of users, the understanding of their social and cultural context as well as the consideration of their feedback promote and optimize the chances of success of such a project.

Did you know that it is particularly difficult to do user testing in India?

Societe Generale's Aimery Duriez-Mise tells us why. Similarly, an online test depending on the country, will not have the same content as AB Tasty. And that in terms of insurance, Jérôme Dupré explained to us that the complexities are such between one country and another, that it is always necessary to adapt the course?

German and French users do not differ in their background but in their approach to content.

This point is also raised by Yohan Founs of Adobe. The famous software publisher pays particular attention to the localization of its content according to the country. Point relayed, also by Victoria Weidemann of TextMaster. In the coming weeks, we will be back with articles on each of the themes. Until then, we share the video of the round table. Good listening.
