Index 2023 – Gender Equality at UX-Republic

As part of theprofessional equality between women and men, UX-Republic publishes its 2023 score of the gender equality index83%.

In accordance with the provisions of the “Professional future” law of September 5, 2018, like every year, UX-Republic has established its index dedicated to professional equality between women and men for the year 2023.

The index is based on the following indicators:

  • Pay gap between women and men
  • Difference in individual increase rate, excluding promotion
  • Percentage of employees given a raise upon their return from maternity leave
  • Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest paid

This progression (+ 3 points compared to 2022) demonstrates UX-Republic's desire to develop actions aimed at eliminating and combating wage gaps.

As such, UX-Republic undertakes to:

  • Ensure the recruitment of similar profiles (equivalent position and experience) at an equivalent salary, through recruitment awareness
  • Ensure an equal increase between genders for an equivalent position, experience and performance.
