During a workshop or a brainstorming session, many ideas flow through the room. Unfortunately, many of them are often rejected without arguments. It then becomes necessary to justify your idea to the stakeholders.
The objective of this template is to provide a support allowing to evaluate an idea quickly.

The first two circles represent the first question to ask: “Does my idea correspond to the needs of the company AND the user? »
The third covers a broader field such as issues of cost, staffing, technical complexity, etc.
