Meetup React.js #10 @Dailymotion What's up?

Thursday evening was the tenth React.js Meetup. Let's see what he said to himself.

Hosted by Dailymotion, this new edition of the Meetup began with the classic news, including that of Dailymotion, which announces that it is in the process of redesigning its interface in Isomorphic React!
Fdecampredon explains Reactive ProgrammingTo be continued. We then continue with a first talk by François De Campredon (@Fdecampredon) whose subject is “Reactive Programming/React”.
In this presentation, François lays the groundwork by demonstrating that React is not “reactive” and reminds us what the Reactive Programming taking as an example RxJS, one of the most famous libraries in the JavaScript world implementing this concept. Observable, Operators or even Schedulers everything goes there :). He ends his presentation with the integration of Reactive Programming with React and mentions two libraries to facilitate it rx-react et react-rx-component. It should be noted that RxJS remains a heavy library (142KB in minified version) but in its version 5 we can build a customized version with just what we really need.

On the occasion of the second evening, Mickael Dumand (@Mekimak) gave us a whole bunch of tips and tricks as well as tools that they use as part of their React project. We left with lots of good ideas ^^
