As you may have noticed on social networks, we launched a few weeks ago a new communication campaign to explain and give visibility to our company, our professions, languages, methods but also to your values.
About these values precisely, I will detail one today which is essential for us: the pleasure of working, meeting and spending time together. Let's not fall into hypocrisy, it's not about systematically becoming the best friends in the world … but since we're going to spend a lot of time together, as much as it's fun in addition to being technically interesting.
"Nice and technically interesting” … and yes … and that we take care of it and believe me we know how to do it!

Whenever the results allow it, that is to say until now every year, we all go together for 3 days at Club-Med to have a good time with each other and see each other in a totally different setting. We can leave between JS-Stars or with our cousins from UX-Republic. In this case, 60 people at Club-Med is the best for lots of team activities. Only problem: we squat the pool a bit :-). We find it good, but not always the other customers of the Club…. |
| Going far away and having fun is great, but we are also happy to meet in our great premises by organizing evenings to welcome and discuss with the JS community. Our JS-Star meetups, dedicated to JavaScript, are increasingly appreciated by the community. Sharing, exchanging during presentations and then during the aperitif dinner makes us all grow. |

Ok, the Club-Med we talked about it, we are not going to make a big deal out of it…. But still, not many companies do this for 100% of their employees…every year…. For a company of experts like us, maintaining a high level of expertise is very important. For this we dedicate one day per month (and yes every month) to training and sharing between experts. On top of that we certify all our Scrum-Master collaborators so that they can fit into our clients' agile teams. |
| As experts we think we have to contribute to the community of JS developers. Also we take a lot of time, and it's not always easy, to write blog articles, or participate in conferences to share our experience. We think we can't take from the community without contributing, or not for long. So we contribute... |

And these contributions we make them on the basis of the talks and discussions of experts that we have during our monthly knowledge sharing days, our monthly JS-Talks. During these JS-Talks we do theoretical sharing but also pair-programming and open-source contribution. |
