JDN Customer Experience Fair: measuring and optimizing the experience
Data at the heart of the user experience optimization process.
On November 14, the Journal Du Net exhibition on Customer Experience took place, where there were a hundred of us to discuss UX and CX. Rather data-centric, the talks reviewed, among other things, topics of contextualization, personalization and conversational bots.
Romain Landsberg (UX-Chief Manager and Co-Founder at UX Republic) spoke during the round table around the User Experience at the service of digital emotions, along with Pascale Levesque (CCM Benchmark Figaro group) and Caroline Guilbert (BMW ). UXDay #33: The future is for today
Once a month, the entire UX Republic, JS Republic and IoT makers team meets at the agency for a day of talks, discussions and workshops.
Thursday, November 16, we talked about Design Sprint, practiced user tests, imagined the FUIs of tomorrow and made a feedback of the Investo application from BNP.
It was also an opportunity for Sébastien Berten to present the first UX Designer @UX Republic certificate. Congratulations to Jérome Fiorese, UI designer, who became a UX designer by following our business gateway program.
