Hello hello, as you know, one Thursday a month at UX-Republic is UX-Day!
But what is this ??

UX-Days are days dedicated to sharing and building skills. Once a month, usually the third Thursday of each month and that's how it goes!

1 – A volunteer to organize. This month it's me! I stick to it.
2 – Find an exhibition to take the whole team to at the end of the afternoon, that's still close to 60 people between UX and JS-Republic
3 – Find the Bar where we will then have an aperitif dinner together.
That's for the easy part! 
4 – Find the 3 speakers who will make breathtaking presentations just after the Presentation of the Associates, itself just after breakfast! The challenge is great: to have 3 speakers who take up the challenge of teaching something to an already expert audience! Suffice to say that it puts a little pressure.
So that everything is well set on Monday evening just before UX-Day, it's a dress rehearsal in order to be able to refine. Especially since on D-Day everything is filmed for our internal video library so that new (or old) people can see and review the talks. The talks are also then published on Slide Share and the best of them are replayed during our meetups.
5 – Make the Teaser Video. It has become an institution. And there the com did a great job as usual. So I'm very very proud to exclusively unveil the trailer for UX-Day 25. Thank you Claire-Marie!

And then all that remains is to manage the stress and have a great day where we will both have fun and learn.
And it gives, in general, something like that!
