≣ Objective of the training
The Product Owner has a unique and broad role in Scrum. He combines the roles of project manager and product manager. The Product Owner represents the customer's point of view in a project. It must be closely integrated into the teams. He actively participates in the design and development processes until delivery in order to guarantee maximum added value for each version of the product.
At the end of the training, you will be able to create a vision, identify the main EPICS, define a Product Backlog, refine it into User Stories and prioritize it.

During these two days, you will benefit from an immersive distance learning experience.
You will be required to participate in an entire Agile sprint. You will discuss the values and principles of Agile as well as the roles, events, artifacts and rules of Scrum. You will be able to evaluate the relevance of an intramural deployment of the said framework and to evaluate its advantages and disadvantages as well as possible adaptations. Our consultant-trainer will accompany you in the realization of the various practices and their expectations.
