illustration of training by users in their environment

≣ Objective of the training

In design work, customer surveys and in situ observation are necessary to get to the heart of the lives of users, users and stakeholders.

The objective is to gather better knowledge about their expectations, their paths and their obstacles. The scenario, empathy and exploration dialogue will allow you to achieve a finesse of observations and information that is more than useful for truly user-centered projects.. But also, to open eyes to ignored or underweighted realities, align decision-makers on common findings and better convince of project orientation which will have a real potential impact on the customer target.

To better understand lions, it is better to observe them in the jungle than in a zoo.

CThis training gives the designer the means to place humans at the center of reflection and action for differentiating, innovative or loyalty-building services or products.

At the end of this training, you will know:
  • Quote the principles, modalities and techniques from ethnology or ergonomics
  • Locate its needs for feedback in the field and customer proximity
  • Build and organize its field action plan and select its tools (panel, guide, capture, etc.)
  • Driving observation and exploratory interviews
  • Identify and analyze information, patterns and behavioral patterns
  • Translate data as an opportunity to create use value
