Mirror, my beautiful mirror, tell me how many 'Likes' I have
While the market for connected objects is booming, not to mention the recent marketing of the Apple watch, we are currently in a constant flow of connectivity.
What is the first thing that any Internet user, of any age, does when they wake up in the morning is to scan their screen to see what they missed while they slept. Facebook, Instagram or even Snapchat are the best lover, the one who whispers 'Likes' to us as sweet words before going to bed and gently wakes us up through the brightness of the screen.

This digital addiction is reflected in several factors
– Question of life or death when you wake up, you have to check your mobile to see our notifications
– We just arrived on the weekend and we searched our bag 3 times, the charger is not there, we feel VERY VERY BAD
– I try to send a message several times in Edge but it does not work so we try again to be sure
– There is the drama, we forgot our smartphone, the spasms begin, anxiety attack in anticipation
– The daily posting of his private life, hey, I ate an apple today
– On vacation, I ask for the wifi in the restaurant before even looking at the menu
– Hello Houston we have a problem, I have no more battery HOLO HOUSTONNNNNN
We must admit that very quickly without our laptop, we feel lost, as if it were a member of our body, a feeling of emptiness invades us.

A beneficial addiction when consumed in moderation
Social networks are ultimately like a big chocolate cake, one part is very good, five is bad, you have to eat in moderation to savor all the nuggets otherwise you end up being disgusted, word of eater of chocolate cake. Digital is a friend who wants you well.
Recruitment
Social networks are recruiting, we are approached via many platforms. We leave this notion of leisure to move towards a professional dimension. More and more brands are looking for digital specialists to improve their online visibility.
Sharing
Social networks allow us to exchange information and content, and also to save them. They open the door to talent through 'Crowdfunding' sites, the virtual becomes real. Our digital generation has been able to go beyond the virtual stage to draw the best advantages from it.
E-reputation
Mastering your image is not easy, it is difficult today to ensure your e-reputation. It is therefore important to dissociate private life from professional life so that it does not turn against you.
Convey information in another way
And if we used these social networks wisely rather than staying focused on our navel, this is what the site 'The Big Ass News: A Huge Platform for Important News' wanted to highlight, which used one of the most searched topics on google, Kim Kardashian's posterior, yes yes you read that right.
This site is interested in how Internet users can be interested in current affairs in the world, so we have 'big booty' and geopolitics, at least we are sure that Internet users take the time to read the titles even if it's tilting the head… All referring to articles from the international press.
To conclude, I will not blame anyone, because I recognized myself in some of the cases of addiction mentioned above and it is better to laugh at yourself.
There are no apps for happiness yet, so take advantage of this summer to get drunk on life and take a break from this race for 'Likes'.
Your wifi connection slows down, your heart throbs, and if we took a little rest from this excessive connection. When is the 'Digital detox' for you?
