THE MISSION

Under the impetus of the business manager of your sector, you will take charge of the recruitment of new talents for the team, in synergy with the human resources teams and the other recruiters from the other sector teams..

In this context, you will participate in the entire process of recruiting our consultants:

  • Definition of the profiles sought with the operational staff,
  • Drafting and distribution of job offers,
  • Identification (sourcing) and qualification of potential candidates,
  • Carrying out telephone or physical pre-selection interviews,
  • Scheduling interviews for operational managers,
  • Candidate tracking,
  • Reporting of your activity.

We will support you in taking charge of your position and mastering the tools and processes allowing you to achieve your objectives and ensure the satisfaction of your internal customers.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bac + 4 / Bac + 5, Master in HR / business school with an HR specialty,
  • Ideally one or more recruitment experiences,
  • Work-study for one or two years and available from September.

YOUR PERSONALITY

Endowed with an unparalleled involvement, you are recognized for your ability to invest in ambitious projects and have a strong aptitude for written and oral communication.

You like working in a team and also know how to show great autonomy in the conduct of your missions. Rigorous and precise, you have great listening skills, a sense of negotiation and organization.
You have an eye for detail, a keen analytical mind, responsiveness and the ability to make decisions.
