• THE MISSION
You manage the company's human resources and bring your expertise to the recruitment of digital professions while working on cross-functional projects.
You will be the privileged interlocutor of the Business Manager, Collaborators, Member of the Management.
In compliance with the associated contractual, legislative and legal obligations, your main missions with an operational dimension will be:
- Ensure a daily advisory role with operational staff and to accompany on all HR topics in terms of implementation of the recruitment policy, remuneration policy, management and monitoring of disciplinary procedures,
- Oversee payroll, which is centralized in the Group,
- Manage and support from the entry to the exit of employees,
- To contribute to the good social climate and the quality of social relations individual and collective in the fulfillment of obligations contractual, legislative and legal,
- Positioning yourself naturally and legitimately internally asrelevant and quality interlocutor with operational staff on all of their HR issues and organizations, as well as externally with various professional, institutional, event partners, etc.,
- Ensure the proper coordination and allocation of the means and resources deployed, as well as the proper monitoring of the various Human Resources projects within its scope in accordance with the tasks to be carried out, the schedules, and of course the objectives to be achieved with a permanent concern advice and service.
Real relay of the HR policy, as an operational generalist in the Human Resources function, you will be responsible for advising and supporting the operational staff on a daily basis on all the Human Resources subjects of their teams, ranging from the recruitment of new employees to administrative management and the deployment of the Training plan.
• YOUR PROFILE
- Higher level training Bac + 5 in Human Resources, labor law, you justify at least 8 years of experience operational at general functions the Human Resources function in the development, coordination, management and daily support of operational staff on their Human Resources issues and organizations of the Company,
- Recognized for having been able to bring your expertise and versatility in all areas of Human Resources management (except Payroll which is centralized but must be supervised) through your experience acquired in the service of operational managers of the Company,
- Actual capacity to arouse themembership of his interlocutors to his recommendations, as also recognized for his strength of conviction and his qualities as a negotiator,
- Undeniable know-how in consulting and operational support for its interlocutors, as well as in the definition, planning, organization, management and reporting of projects.
