Leader, specialized in user experience design consulting for the Smile group, we support our clients in the realization of their digital projects.
We are looking for 4 new talents on a work-study basis to support our commercial development, and take up a thousand and one challenges with us!
Reporting to your Business Manager, your role will be to identify, contact and support our prospects with our entire service offer and to recruit the best profiles to position on their expert and strategic missions.

Your goals will be based on:
1/ Sourcing prospects and candidates
- Identify and contact our prospects: Telephone prospecting, Mailing prospecting, Linkedin prospecting
- Develop your network at the heart of the community of decision makers & designers
- Fill in the information on our CRM
- Prospect mapping
- Organize the various job interviews
- Participate in the integration of new employees
2/ Response to needs and preparation of consultants
- Responses to tenders and needs
- Participation in meetings & presentations to clients & Prospects
- Review & Update CVs and Books of our consultants
3/ Support for the Business Manager
- Update of the list of Intercontrats present & to come
- Reminder of monthly activity reports
- Organization of events with consultants
- Support in the recruitment and sourcing of consultants and freelancers.
4/ Monitor and report proactively
- Monitor your activity through quantified objectives
- Identify possible areas for improvement
- Ensure regular reporting

- Coming from a higher education business school or university (Bac +4/5),
- Ideally one or more commercial experiences (internships),
- Expert in the use of digital tools and social networks.
