• THE MISSION
Attached to the General Management, as Business Manager, you will ensure the commercial development of our Consulting activities to our large account customers of a given sector, as well as the management of the team of consultants assigned to your library.
In a spirit of conquest and evangelization around our professions, you will be in charge ofincrease activity of your existing portfolio and theenrich new customers large accounts.
For this, you will propose your annual commercial strategy and carry out the commercial actions of hunting and fertilization allowing the achievement of the objectives of the company on our offers.
You have under your responsibility the team of consultants necessary to achieve your objectives and access to a recruitment pool to be able to develop your team in line with your business objectives. You work on a daily basis in relation with a work-study student for recruitment and a work-study student on business development.
Your goals will be based on:
- The inter-contract rate and the anticipation of the end of missions,
- The number of new account openings,
- The renewal of existing missions,
- The sale of training,
- The turnover within the team,
- Reporting of your activity.
We will support you in taking charge of your position and mastering the tools and processes allowing you to achieve your objectives and ensure the satisfaction of your customers.

• YOUR PROFILE
- From business school higher education (Bac +5),
- You absolutely must have a successful experience of at least 5 years in the commercial field in SSII or digital agency with a managerial dimension.
- Expert in the use of digital tools and social networks.
