The advantages are numerous both for your company and for you or your employees:

• For you: Training 100% financed by the OPCO or the Direccte, for all companies and all its employees (excluding apprenticeship and professional contract), payment of travel costs and including accommodation costs.
• Unlimited: for all training for your employees regardless of their socio-professional status, for the duration of their partial unemployment. The agreements concluded can be for 12 months.
• For your employees: no reduction in salary and in addition a gain to develop new skills, allow a renewal of a certification or even gain in employability.
