We all want to evolve in an environment where we are constantly learning, rather than in an environment where nothing is happening.

When you stop learning, you gradually lose your expertise, and therefore your value and therefore your long-term employability.

The benefit of continuing employee training is therefore an issue for both the company and the employees. At JS-Republic we have understood it well, continuing education in accompanied self-training or in classic training is in the DNA of the company.

Agile training:

Our employees generally work for our customers in Agile environments or on Agile projects. We decided that we couldn't send them into such environments without them mastering the codes. We have therefore decided to certify all our employees Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner. From the end of the trial period, we therefore take charge of both training and certification. The time is taken on the time of work and the cost of training is of course borne by the company.
It's a win-win situation, the employee grows and so does the company. It is obviously a great frustration when an employee decides to leave the company in the year following this training, but that is how it is. We are convinced of everyone's loyalty and decided very early on to prioritize opportunity over threat.
As such, the November promotion had 100% success in Scrum certification. Congratulations to all !!

The Master-Classes:

Beyond the classic training, the Associates of JS-Republic set up Master-Classes
on matters important to the company. A master-class is an optional meeting to which you can register if you think you can learn something. Giving or participating in a master-class is an individual choice. By participating in one master-class per month, everyone can continue to learn in a fun way without the effort being significant. We are more on a notion of learning through sharing and pleasure than through effort and obligation.
